About Simba
I'm a sweet middle aged girl who is ready to find the perfect forever family!
I was surrendered to Lort Smith when I became unwell with a condition called feline lower urinary tract disease and my carers were not able to commit to the treatment for this. This condition made it really painful and difficult for me to urinate. Thankfully I was able to receive the vet care I needed and now I'm feeling so much better!
I'm seeking a home where I can live without other animals or young children. I'm not really fond of sharing my space with them and it's really important that I maintain a stress free lifestyle.
I'm a very talkative girl, I love to tell you all about my day and what I would like to do next! My most ideal home would be an indoor only home, where my people are around a fair bit to keep me company.
I don't love being picked up and cuddled, however I do really like getting pats and I'm very affectionate. I will head butt you and encourage you to pat me when I'm in the mood.
I'm foster with the view to adopt, to ensure I settle into my home well and do not have any further urinary issues. If all goes well after a few weeks then you can officially sign my adoption paperwork! I'm currently on some calming medication, to ensure that my transition into my forever home is as stress free as possible.
If you think I could be the perfect companion for you, please fill out an expression of interest form!
