I’m a bright and energetic boy searching high and low for a new family that can put in the work I require to grow into the best dog I can be! I’m still a young boy with heaps of room to grow, although I have picked up a few bad habits due to my lack of training in my previous home, so I will need an experienced owner who will be committed to taking me to one-on-one obedience training and having some structure in place for me at home.

My ideal home is an active, adults-only home with no young children or other animals. My new family will need to consistently work on teaching me to keep my paws on the floor, as I do like to jump up a lot, and can be mouthy when I’m over-excited. I am, however, extremely intelligent, food motivated and handler focused when treats are involved, so I learn quickly and am eager to please for a treat.

I’ve only ever known life as my backyard, so I now look forward to my daily walks, toys or puzzles that stimulate my brain! Tug-of-war is my favourite game.

This also means I require careful and controlled exposure to new environments and other dogs, as I have missed out on some critical socialisation being confined to the yard my whole life.
