About Zara
Although her official title is Princess Zara of the planet Nebula, Zara just wants to be a loyal and much loved couch companion and not treated with any regal glitz or glam.
This 8 and 1/2 year old Staffy princess is looking for a family home where she can be the only dog receiving attention, She will happily live with kids older than 5 but refuses to cohabitate with those pesky cats.
Ever so sweet, she is eager to please, responds well to commands and walks well on a lead. Active and fit, a sparkle in her eye and a bounce in her step makes her the perfect activity companion on your daily walks, long drives, day trips, camping trips and more.
This little pocket rocket has previously lived with other dogs, but does tend to be a little bossy to others, but hey, If you had a royal title you might be a little self important also.
With all the love in the world to give, all Zara asks for in return is your affection, regular pats and treats and your time.
If you think you have what it takes to give this Princess the loving family environment she desires please call the Bendigo Animal Relief Centre on 5441-2209 to arrange a meet and greet appointment.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
