About Thistle with Marvel
Thistle and Marvel are a gorgeous bonded pair looking for their forever home.
They are an odd-couple! Marvel is the small, male, grey and white mini lop. Thistle is the medium, female, caramel, mixed breed. They are a bonded pair and absolutely devoted to each other.
They love to chill out in their pen, eat fresh cut grass, groom each other, and slowly destroy the cardboard box cubbies my kids make for them. They appreciate an energetic hop around the lounge room but are just as happy snoozing in their pen. They like pats and brushing, we're working on cuddles and they're getting much more comfortable and relaxed every day. We are also teaching them to come when called and other bunny tricks.
They are litter trained, not destructive or escape artists, desexed, microchipped and vaccinated.
They would LOVE to meet you and find their forever family. If you have space in your home and your heart, please consider - adopt, don't shop! Apply to adopt them at The Rabbit Sanctuary.
Adoption details
Our rescue rabbits are available with photos on our site at www.rabbitsanctuary.com.au
Our rabbits come desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and vet checked. They are available for a donation for your choice over $265 or $365 for a pair.
We only adopt to indoor homes in playpen/free range set ups so that our rabbits become part of your family with plenty of interaction. This also protects them from the heat and cold which rabbits are susceptible to and the viruses outdoors released to eliminate the wild rabbit population.
Please check out our website www.rabbitsanctuary.com.au to see all our bunnies available and to fill in an application form. You must provide a photo of your set up including a playpen, litter tray, hay rack, hidey house and some toys. When your application is approved you can choose any of our available rabbits.
