About India with Amico
India is a magical and sweet little bunny. So small (1.3kg) born 15/10/20. She is very friendly and soft, she absolutely loves to play. Her favourite game is to find the treats that you throw or hide for her in a foraging box.
She is used to constant patting and kissing from her overly affectionate previous guardian.
Fully litter-box trained, she has always been living as free-roam indoor bunny and would be happy in a home that allows her much space to run around.
Her breed (Netherland Dwarf) is very energetic and a bit skittish yet curious, which makes her personality so cute.
Although she’s not fond of being picked up, she will let you hold her if you manage to pick her up in the correct way.
Loves to have the back of her ears scratched. She is in a perfect state of health from always being fed high quality hay, pellets, fresh grass and love.
Indi is unique in that she shakes her ears from side to side when she is very excited, like when she is about to be fed in the morning or the sound of the pellets rattling in the glass jar.
She is a dream pet and it is a a blessing to be in her presence.
India is bonded to Amico. Such a friendly little bunny. Amico means friend and he sure is. He has blue eyes and an easy care coat. He is a mini Rex bunny and very small.

Adoption details
Our rescue rabbits are available with photos on our site at www.rabbitsanctuary.com.au
Our rabbits come desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and vet checked. They are available for a donation for your choice over $265 or $365 for a pair.
We only adopt to indoor homes in playpen/free range set ups so that our rabbits become part of your family with plenty of interaction. This also protects them from the heat and cold which rabbits are susceptible to and the viruses outdoors released to eliminate the wild rabbit population.
Please check out our website www.rabbitsanctuary.com.au to see all our bunnies available and to fill in an application form. You must provide a photo of your set up including a playpen, litter tray, hay rack, hidey house and some toys. When your application is approved you can choose any of our available rabbits.
