Hi there, I'm Sox and I JUST turned 3 years old! Happy birthday to me indeed, as I was lucky enough to find a great foster family to get me ready for this pet business!
I'm currently living with my foster greyhound sister in a great place with a yard! I love it there, but I think I could also be your one and only in an apartment. I sleep through the night and I would need a few toilet breaks please. I love being around humans and I'd prefer to have a human home more than not.
Walkies are super exciting and I'm getting used to the hustle and bustle of the city life, but I need to take it slow at the start to not get overwhelmed, particularly when I see another dog!
I love food and treats so my ongoing training will be easy and fun.
This is what my foster mum says about me:
"Sox is a gorgeous cuddly boy. He loves pats and kisses and is always happy to give his humans a kiss in any party he can reach. He loves his walks and runs free in the fenced area. Absolutely adores squeaky toys. Sox know how to use stairs up and down after only a few lessons, but struggles to jump in the car boot still. Very good with his foster sister, they are getting along great. He smiles and chatters when humans pet him. And he already mastered roaching! And the most important thing - he can sit!"
At Homeward Bound Hounds, we pride ourselves on matching the right dog to the right family. We need to know more about you and your home to find the best possible match.
