All About Me and My Unique Personality:
Harper is a real cutie and loves nothing more than to snuggle up with you. She is inquisitive, happy and playful little girl who is your typical puppy. She loves to chew, play and sleep.
My Ideal Home:
Harper is looking for a home that will keep her safe and loved. She will need constant training and is not the type of dog that can be just left to her own devices in the backyard. She needs to become an integral part of the family, going with you whenever possible and when left at home, given plenty of stimulation and toys to keep her mind active. As she is too little to be desexed at the time of rehome, her new family will need to sign a desexing agreement, committing to have this done when she's 5 months old (covered by adoption fee).
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to current Covid restrictions adoptions will only be
considered within the local Newcastle and surrounding areas.
What is Known About My Background:
Harper and her siblings were surrendered to the pound after her Mumma found herself in the family way. Whilst these little cuties are super sweet, unwanted litters should be a thing of the past with affordable desexing options available to all. Mumma is a blue Staffy and we're not sure who Dad was.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
Harper is your typical puppy, she loves everyone and anyone. She is pretty full on might be a bit much for older dogs and cats, but of course it will depend on the animal. As she's only a baby with sharp little teeth that she's learning to use, she would not be suited to small children. She will need to learn that it's not ok to use these teeth on people and clothing by redirection with toys.
