Hi, I’m April, a sweet bouncy 2yo girl who is looking for my furever family.

I'm living in foster care with my houndie brother Toby, he's been showing me the ropes of pet life, toys and treats! I love it! I also love hoomans, pats and cuddles are my favourite, I like to sleep close to my hoomans and have a good snuggle at night, I will happily share your couch and/or bed.

I enjoy walks though I often stop for a while because the walks are just too good, and I don’t want to go home, however with treats you can get me going again. I am also a stair master who can leap up any step in my path with ease. I have also begun learning my name and am able to respond pretty quickly.

My houndie and hooman family are usually around, so I haven't had much alone training, I'd need my furever family to be patient and help to build up my alone time, my foster dad thinks I'd be ok for around 4/5 hours once I've had time to get used to being alone.

So far, I have met a couple children and we get on well as long as they are respectful. I would not mind having another greyhound or large dog, but I wouldn’t want any little dogs or pocket pets living with me.
