About Cameron (now Zecora)
Cameron is a special cat looking for an equally special home.
When Cameron came to us, she was a scared girl who needed someone to trust and somewhere to feel safe. Once in foster, Cameron built a positive relationship with her carers and will now fall at their feet for a pat and will start purring as well as rolling around for more.
As Cameron loves the cats she currently lives with, we believe having a friendly and sociable cat in her forever home would help her come out of her shell. Think of it as having an emotional support cat.
Cameron would do well in a quiet, adults only home where she can feel safe and secure with people who understand her.
Adopting a shy cat and helping them feel safe and secure is a very rewarding experience! They definitely appreciate it, and deserve someone to love just as much as a confident cat.
Cameron does have a low grade heart murmur and has had a blocked tear duct in the past. This does not need any medical treatment and will not affect her quality of life so please don't let this deter you.
If you would like to provide love and companionship, have an adults only home and a have a friendly sociable cat then please apply to adopt Cameron today!
