About Ollie
Are you ready for a running buddy? Someone to keep you fit? Than Ollie is your guy! Meet Ollie the Border Collie x born December 15th , 2020. Ollie is looking forward to finding his furever home!
Ollie is a big love bug who only wants to please you. He loves to lean on you to be as close as he can and to you. He can get a little over excited so tries to jump up on you as well. Being a working breed Ollie will need someone that can provide him with proper mental and physical stimulation for his welfare and training.
Ollie LOVES meeting new friends no matter if they have 2 or 4 legs. When it comes to dogs he will need more socializing to better his manners as he can be a bit too rough with them, jumping all over them and barking. He seems friendly with cats and Pocket Pets, but will need a slow introduction as our Chicken and Rabbit are not free roaming and are tested through an enclosure for safety.
Ollie has not had any basic training so will need someone dedicated to training him to sit, stay, not jump and walk loosely on lead. Thankfully Dog ed Daycare and Training have provided 6x discounted training sessions to help.
Ollie doesn't seem to have any food aggression, but he has shown signs of separation anxiety, barking a fair bit when left alone. Although he is not startled by loud noises, he would need to be brought inside during thunderstorms where he knows he is safe.
Ollie is such a handsome and affectionate guy, who loves to play and get pets and would make a super loyal and perfect companion for the right family. He is absolutely full of love, and would love to be in a home where he is included as a member of the family and involved in the day to day activities. Ollie will thrive in an environment that guides him with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
Ollie's adoption fee is $650 and includes his desexing, lifetime registration, and discounted training lessons with thanks to Dog Ed Day Care & Training. He is also regularly treated for flea and worms and is up to date with his vaccinations.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please give the facility a call on 43044350 to make an appointment and ask further questions.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once all of your questions have been answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in. Please bring to your appointment photos of your fencing also showing all gates that attach to the house.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
