Only at rescue after surrender due to guardians health and financial concerns ....and a brave acknowledgment that Bear’s needs weren’t being met despite their reliance on Bear as emotional support.

Bear is unsocialised overall and will need an experienced adopter with the time and resources to bring out his rottie confidence....professional training in obedience and dog socialisation would benefit Bear greatly . He is wonderfully people friendly and has spent time with the guardians grandchildren . He is very socially awkward around other dogs. He shows a developing prey drive .

Very affectionate and bonds quickly with handlers .
No destructive tendencies
Desexed, microchipped, C3/C5 vaccinated.
Recommend for only dog household at this stage.

We do not test for catability and due to his prey drive he is not recommended with small animals or livestock without concentrated training .
