About Lilly
Hi! I'm Lilly and I'm looking for a new family to call my own.
APPLICATION PROCESS APPLIES FOR LILLY
PLEASE COMPLETE THE BELOW APPLICATION FORM
https://forms.gle/Z6Ya2qKgyoVeS5Sy8
What I need in my new home:
• Large breed experience is a must
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• To be allowed inside with my family
• I love hanging out with other dogs so a doggie playmate would be great, if not then lots of socialising with other dogs.
• No young children as when I'm excited I get very bouncy and mouthy, older children who will be involved with my training should be ok.
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent)
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• Lots of love and attention
• I have previously lived with a cat, so if you have a kitty that is happy to share their home with a big bouncy girl that may be ok.
• SOCIALISATION is as important for me as it appears I've led a very sheltered life and can be a bit nervous/shy in new situations. Since being at the shelter I'm becoming much braver though. Taking me to lots of different places, meeting lots of people (children, men, woman etc) and meeting lots of dogs and other animals will help boost my confidence
• TRAINING TRAINING TRAINING. Sadly, it seems as though I have had no training so I can be very bouncy and boisterous. It's ESSENTIAL I receive training in all aspects of my life so I can be the best dog I can be when I'm older.
Things that I don't want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk or rides in the car
My best features:
• Wiggle butt
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• Happy to hang out with other dogs
• I love attention, hugs, kisses & head scratches
Where I need to improve / Training required
• I will require full basic training as I've had no training experience yet
• I can be timid in new situations such as entering a building/home. I MUST have a family who'll allow me inside so I can see it isn't a scary place and to allow my confidence to grow.
AN ADOPTION CAN'T BE APPROVED IF YOU CANNOT COME TO THE SHELTER TO MEET LILLY IN PERSON.
