About Nelson
Nelson came to the RSPCA as a stray. We have no prior history.
I get lonely sometimes, so I would like to go home with my brother Newton who will keep me company.
I can be shy at first, but all I am looking for is someone to love me. I'm very sociable once I get to know you.
I'd like to be handled more, will you give me the gentle assurance I need to show me that humans are my friends?
Due to my shy nature I am not the ideal pet for young children. A more mature home would be best for me.
I'd like to stay inside with you to help us build our bond together.
When you are not with me I need lots of things to do. A quick trip to a hardware store to get me some tunnels to run through will make my day.
Adoption details
RSPCA Victoria operates on an adoption-by-application model. When browsing our available animals, there is an option to submit an application to adopt. Once an application has been submitted, the applicant will be contacted with information on next steps. Please note we will be unable to book adoption appointments at our sites unless this application has been received.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
