My name is Valerie and I am currently on the search for a new home. I am 3 years young and very petite, I am a very well trained girl, who never puts a paw wrong, well lets ignore those little holes I dug.

I like meeting new people but can be timid around dogs when I meet them. I would love a home with a confident MALE dog to help me to continue to come out of my shell. I tend to tuck my tail and try and hide behind my foster humans. Rowdy dogs scare me, so I need a dog who wont be in my face too much and allow me time to warm up. I currently have a foster furbrother and I have warmed up to him. I also share my foster with cats, they scare me too but as long as they keep their distance I am ok.

If your home has children, they will need to be calm and older and understand to leave me be when I am sleeping and eating.

I am crate trained and enjoy having my own space, I walk well on the lead and know basic commands. However coming from a rural area I am not very confident walking where there is lots of noise and commotion.

Being a Dane I will need minimum 5 foot fencing to keep me safe. I am NOT suited to a home with livestock. If you fit the bill, please fill out the adoption application below:
