Hello everyone, I'm Peter the puppy and I want to come and live with you!

My favourite thing in life would have to be going to the beach. No hang on, I think it might be car rides....no wait a minute, it's definitely chewing on a good ol' bone. And then there's naps. Naps are good. Oh, its so hard to choose, can I choose everything!?

Personally, I think I'm a great catch. I'm good looking (I have lovely green puppy dog eyes), I'm cuddly and affectionate, and I'm a fast learner. I've been doing really well with my training so far, I can walk nicely on a lead, sit and drop, and I'm almost house-trained already. Training is something I want to continue in my new home so I can learn how to be your bestest pup.

By the way, I should mention that I wasn't very well when I first came into care; I had pneumonia, but the lovely people here at SAFE helped me to get the treatment I needed and now I'm feeling on top of the world! I am still having treatment for a tick disease though, so I'm told I have to stay in the Kimberley for now. Apparently I'm also a 'Broome Special' and that means I don't really know how big I might grow - the vet said perhaps up to 20kg.

In my foster home I've lived with another dog, kittens and kids, and I get on well with them all. Don't tell the cats but I secretly like playing with some of their toys especially going through the cat tunnel - that's really fun... maybe that's my favourite thing?!

Most of all though I would love to have some humans to call my own... could you be my very own human?
