Chevy Chase is an energetic, boisterous boy that is very much still a puppy. The Catahoula breed is known as the king of the working breeds and as such, will need sufficent high energy activity each day and a confident dog owner who can provide confident leadership, activity and enrichment. He requires mental AND physical stimulation, or may become destructive while trying to find an outlet for his energy.

He needs a home with a large backyard, preferably acreage with a family that are very active and adventurous and without young kids is preferred.

Chevy Chase will need a home where he is allowed indoors and given lots of cuddles and social interactions - he is a loyal boy who wants nothing better than to be with his humans.
