Ella

Hi! I'm Ella and I'm looking for a new family to call my own.

What I need in my new home:
• Someone who will go running with me or give me multiple walks a day to get some of my energy out.
• I have never had any training so I'm looking for a family that has the time and patience to train a newbie like me.
• To be allowed inside with my family
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent)
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• Lots of love and attention
• No young children as when I'm excited I get very bouncy and mouthy.
• NO CATS
• Being an active breed I have a lot of energy so an active family is a must!

Things that I don't want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk or rides in the car
• Small children due to being mouthy & bouncy
• NO CATS, NO POCKET PETS AND NO POULTRY - I find them way too exciting and will bark at and chase them

My best features:
• Very playful
• Wiggle butt
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• Exuberant & full of beans

Where I need to improve / Training required
• I will require full basic training as I've had no training experience yet
• I can be a bit bouncy -training should stop this
• I can pull hard on lead when there are things I want to get to so walking me in a halti/harness would be beneficial.
• I pull towards and bark at dogs I want to meet and although I am friendly once I get to them other dogs react badly to my excitement as I am very full on so impulse control classes would be ideal to help me socialise with dogs.
