• Humans who are committed to ongoing training to help Therese continue to be the best dog she can be.

Beautiful Therese had a rough start to life and came to us after living on the streets with three puppies in tow. She was a brilliant mum and now needs someone to look after her. Basically, she needs love and then more love.

She is an anxious dog but has settled wonderfully into her foster home, including with the primary school aged kids. She is so gentle and doesn’t jump and just wants to be with her humans. She will put her paw on you which means, hey, you stopped patting me.

She has gotten used to city noises and loves going for a walk and is good on the lead. Some more training in the basics will be very good for her – she’s a quick learner. She is dog reactive and barks at other dogs on the lead, although getting better. She plays well on dog dates.

She is wary of new people at first, but once she feels comfortable, she wants all the pats.
