About 4406 - Biff
🤍❤️😽 MEET BIFF 😽❤️🤍
Hello! Biff here, just letting you know that I’m here and ready to find my furever home!
Nature
I was a very confused and spicy boy when I first came into foster (think ‘habanero’). I didn’t understand why I had to be inside all the time, why I couldn’t leave, and why the humans were bringing me breakfast and dinner every day (although, I’ve never really complained about that part!). I hated being touched and would hiss and spit and lash out, but this was because I was scared...
And then one day, many months after being made to live with hoomans, a grumpy cat in my foster home tried to boop my snoot. My foster mum stepped in and shooed her away. That was the day I realised the hoomans weren’t so bad and that they were just trying to help me. My hero!
Ever since then, I have started to become a big smoochy boy – and I am a very big boy, so there’s a lot of smooching to be done! I am getting more and more confident every day, and I even jumped on the bed once for a quick pre-breakfast scratch!
I’m a very big boy with an intimidating hiss, but don’t let that fool you – I’m a big softie at heart. All I want is for someone to give me lots of time, love, and patience so I can learn to accept and trust you in my own time.
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I don’t mind other cats, as I’m used to living with them when I was the king of the streets. I tend to stick to myself most of the time, but my foster mum has seen me do a cheeky game of zoomies with the other big cat in our house. I might also enjoy being an only cat for a while, so I can be the centre of attention and get used to living in my new furever home.
I’m not a fan a doggies. They’re too quick and excitable for me. My preference is for a feline-only household.
I would also like a child-free home - pawlease! I’m not ready for that kind of commitment. I will need a lot of patience and alone time, and I don’t want scratch any small children if I get scared.
Likes / Dislikes
FOOD! Food, food, food - oh the joys of food. This may just be the way to my heart, I’m telling you! Dinner time is when I fall in love. Other than big woofers, I don’t have to many dislikes, apart from loud noises - that might scare me a little. A nice quiet home would be purrfect for me!
My PURR-fect home would be somewhere quiet with a sunbeam or two to snooze in. I need an inside only home or enclosed cat run to protect my pale features and pink nose. My new family has to understand that I may need a lot of time to settle, and that could mean leaving me alone and loving me from afar while I learn to trust you.
