About Dooper
Meet Dooper!
This little dude came all the way from a property in QLD after a farmer let his undesexed farm dogs get a little out of control!
Dooper came with his 3 siblings, mum and 4 other dogs which we helped get into rescue care!
Dooper is your typical puppy who is a ball of energy! Being a working breed mix he requires alot of mental and physical stimulation to keep his mind busy. He loves going on walks, playing with other dogs and playing with squeaker toys.
Hes in a home with cats but will sometimes chase them when he wants to play.
He would not suit a home with kids under 6 as he is very boisterous and will accidentally knock them over.
Dooper is learning sit and how to walk nicely on lead. He is a good boy who is crate trained. He sleeps in his crate overnight with very rare toilet accidents.
He would benefit from ongoing training.
A home with another dog is a must for Dooper.

Adoption details
Our adoption process consists of:
- An adoption application questionnaire that will be emailed upon an enquiry
- A meet and greet to ensure yourself and any existing animals are suitable for your chosen furry friend
- A house check to ensure your property is suitable. This my include physically coming to your house, a video call or photos.
- An adoption agreement to sign upon being approved for adoption
- Please note we are purely volunteer run so sometimes it may take a few days for the team to get back to your enquiry.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
