PIPPA is a German Short haired Pointer with a beautiful liver and white coat. Her temperament is typical of the breed and very easy to fall in love with but, she is a gun dog at heart and can't be trusted with other animals she might consider prey, such as fowls or cats. But she is great with other dogs, kids and people in general. She would have a home now with her foster family if only she didn't want to hunt their cat and the chooks. Having said that, with the temptation removed from her environment, she will make a loving, loyal companion to any family who are familiar with and understand, the nature of this breed. She will need enough room to run and exercise, preferably with a companion dog of a similar age and energy level but, there'll be NO hunting for this gorgeous girl. So if you're contemplating taking her on a pig hunt, you're barking up the wrong tree. Pippa will find a family who will love her for what she is, not what she can do for them. She's very special.
