Meet Charlotte! This little girl is very sweet and has the cutest little meow. She may seem a bit timid, but she is actually quite the cheeky girl when she is comfortable. One thing you will notice is when she gets excited she waggles her tail! You can definitely win her over with some food and once you do, you will often find her trying to rub herself against you. Charlotte would love the company of another feline friend so she can get up to mischief with them.
