About Gypsy
Gypsy is a 4 year old Wolfy mix with a beautiful nature who loves everyone. she is quite a big girl weighing 30 plus kilos but thinks she is lap dog and likes to take over the couch
Gypsy came from a country pound in western NSW and we dont know much about her before then but believe she was used for breeding , but she has been excellent in foster care and at the vets. She welcomes everyone she meets and loves going for a walk and playing fetch
Gypsy would like a companion to play with as she is active and friendly. Some older children or another dog in the family would also work for Gypsy.
Gypsy is good with most dogs and would love a playmate to have some fun with . she is currently living with lots of small dogs and although gentle she cant encourage to play with her due to her size. Gypsy doesnt like dogs getting in her face so a meet and greet is essential We will also consider an only dog home with the right family where she isnt left on her own for long periods
Gypsy isnt good with cats and wants to chase them .
Gypsy is currently sleeping inside and loves being outside on sunny days. she also likes to take over the couch
Gypsy is desexed and vaccinated and in foster care in Hinton in the Hunter Valley
If you would like to apply for Gypsy please send the application form that is found in the adoption details section
Due to Covid we are not able to accept meet and greets from lockdown areas at the moment without a permit

We require an initial application and then if a dog seems a match we can arrange a meet and greet at a local park or the foster carers home. If the meet is successful we then arrange a yard check and if that is satisfactory we require full payment on picking up the dog.
We then give a 2 week trial and if in that time it is not working we will refund all but $50 for admin costs. We also require that the adopter returns our dogs back to us at any time in its lifetime (without a refund) for us to rehome.
