About Iris ~ 4mo Cattle Dog Puppy(On Trial 14/7/21)
Hi I’m Iris, I'm a gorgeous 4 month old Blue Cattle Dog puppy and I'm really hoping my new family are reading this! My foster family say I’m the cuddliest, softest, squishiest puppy they’ve ever met. Surely much like Dory, you cant resist some squishy puppy goodness!
I’m very gentle and have learnt some good manners, I can sit & stay and currently learning how to master the doggy door. I’m still not sure about walking on a lead but I’m practicing, I currently live with 3 other dogs & we get along very well together.
We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All puppies will need plenty of affection, exercise, and training to ensure proper boundaries and routines are established. This will ensure that you get the best family member/friend possible.
Iris would like a companion dog to go home with but is open to someone that made play dates or park visits if there is not already a dog at home. Iris is currently living with other foster dogs so is used to having friends to play with.
Iris needs to be welcomed inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. She will be a wonderful family dog but will not be suitable for children under 10 years of age. She will need good fencing with no small gaps. NO Rural fencing will not be considered.
As Iris is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she will need to be returned to a local vet for desexing when she is approximately 5 months old. Please NO out of area applications.
