There is little in life that bothers Thomas - other than not having a home and people to love and call his own.

Thomas was found wandering the streets of Dandenong by a kind family who took pity on him and began feeding him. They handed Thomas in to a local vet clinic because they were unable to look after him themselves.

Like us, they wanted Thomas to have a home where he would be adored by his person or people, be given lots of pats and cuddles (which he loves) and where he could live in happiness and safety for the rest of his life.

Thomas is just two years and he’s one super chilled dude. He’s not fussed about other cats or children running around the house. He is a solid, chiselled boy (all 5kgs of him), and he has tonnes of swagger.

Thomas would make an ideal best buddy as your one and only cat. Together you can watch telly or binge Netflix and he will happily be right beside you the entire time. Thomas will bond deeply with his person/people and he absolutely LOVES people, so snuggle time makes him super happy.

This big boy would also be fine in a family that has another kitty, although due to his stature Thomas can be a little imposing to other cats. Slow and careful introductions over time with your kitty will be a must. Because he is untested on dogs we don’t recommend Thomas goes to a home with dogs.

Thomas has a huge heart and lots of love to give. He loves to laze around and he is very low maintenance when it comes to meal times – any food is good food as far has he is concerned (although he does seem to prefer dry food). You can pick him up, give him cuddles and pat him until the cows come home.

Because of the time he spent out on the streets, Thomas loves the outdoors so if you have a secure yard or an outdoor enclosure and can teach him to be an indoor-outdoor kitty, he will be one happy kitty cat. Thomas has also been trained to walk on a lead, which he would enjoy doing around your backyard (not on the streets though).

Thomas has been desexed, vaccinated and flea and worm treated. He is also FIV negative.
