About Reginald
Reginald’s the name but my friends call me Reggie or Reg. I’m a super handsome, chilled dude looking for a couch to snooze away the days, oh yeah a family would be good too. I’m a very friendly guy and get on well with all doggo’s I’ve met. I love to have a romp and wrestle with my friends but then am very happy to just snooze in the sun or on a comfy lounge between meals. A leisurely stroll daily would suit me I don’t have a lot of energy to burn. Lots of cuddles are important, as I like constant reassurance that I’m important and loved and fyi I do fit very nicely on laps for a snuggle and I haven’t found one yet that I don’t fit in
Reggie’s foster Mum here…
while Reg is trying to sound all cool and chilled he really is the most lovable big sook. He’s a really well behaved boy, the only fault he has is he loves his food so much he can get pretty excited when he realises it’s on the way. We’re working on that and have seen a huge improvement in a very short time. He has lovely manners and is very gentle for a big fella. He’s great in the car and good on a lead, he does get a bit anxious out walking tho and needs his human to reassure him and be brave for him, his confidence will grow as he builds up trust with you. We’re looking for a home for Reg where he’ll be part of the family, he’ll need another dog for company, he’s definitely not suited to be an only dog. He must be allowed inside when his family are home and sleep inside (he is crate trained) he has lived with children in his former home but is untested with cats or pocket pets. I challenge you not to fall in love at first sight with this gorgeous gent
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
