About Cleo
Please meet the sweetest pup around, Cleo!
Cleo is searching for a quiet household where she can continue to gain her confidence with the big wide world. A home with a yard and a similarly sized friendly male dog would also be ideal.
This beautiful and affectionate girl has been spending her time in foster care where they have said that Cleo is a gorgeous young puppy. She's very keen to learn new skills and loves cuddles on the couch with her humans. She is still learning loose lead walking and will need to continue doing so in her new home.
If you're happy with a dog on the sofa then she's for you! She loves snuggling up with her humans at the end of a long day and seeking comfort when she's not sure. Cleo would suit a household with older children or just adults as sometimes she doesn't know her size and can be a little timid at times.
This beautiful girl would love to continue learning by attending training classes, and we always recommend using positive reinforcement for learning.
Cleo is a medium sized pup right now and will continue growing into a large size.
**Application Process** When on the Pet Rescue profile push the "enquire about this pet" button. Follow the prompts to "send enquiry now" and in the message section please place information about the home you can provide. Include current/past pets and their breed, children including ages that live with you or visit, and any other information relevant to training/exercise/energy requirements. The information you provide helps us match the dog you've applied for to the most suitable home. We use this information in lieu of an application form. We do not take applications for dogs over the phone. We aim to reply to all applications within 5 business days. All of our dog meet and greets occur at the adoption center in Craigieburn. The majority of our dogs are in a foster home not at the shelter so you need to apply via the website to meet them. Thank you. www.secondchanceanimalrescue.com.au ...because they all deserve one!
