Requirements:
• An active home where Robson will be included in family activities and outings.
• An active family committed to continuing to help Robson be the best dog he can be.

Robson is a very friendly and energetic dog. He loves long walks, and running, he is perfecting his game of fetch. He loves playing with other dogs and would do well with a companion dog who is happy to play. He also enjoys a nice cuddle at the end of the day, and is happy to take himself to his crate for a rest when needed.

Robson came to us fairly untrained. He is a quick learner though and would do well with someone who was willing to put time into his obedience. During his time here he has learnt to sit and wait for his meals, sit and wait to come in. He has nearly mastered not jumping on people or furniture and will get that under control with continuing reinforcements.

He walks well on a Halti but will take some training (and a strong arm) to get him to loose lead walk on a collar. He is great in the car and loves going on car rides. Robson prefers to be with people (and family dogs) and can bark when left alone. We have been working on this and he is improving.

He is just a generally happy, fun dog who has a lot of energy to burn and a lot of love to give.

He would do well in a environment where he is with people more than not, and included in family activities and outings. He will need a reasonable amount of exercise and engagement each day and given his intelligence would do really well with someone who was willing to continue his training.

He would make a great Tradies dog, or equally be happy in a home with a resident playful dog and a large yard.

Not tested with children, but he is very friendly, no anxieties, is fine being rough housed, should be fine with mid/older children, but probably a bit boisterous for smaller kids.

Not tested with cats while in care, but lived in a unit with a cat in his previous home.
