Zucker is a sweet, playful and somewhat timid pup, looking for a family to call her own ."Zucker" is German for sugar and she is really as sweet as her name!

Zucker enjoys wrestling with her sister, running around in the yard, and snoozing in the sun. She loves human company and is happiest when she is being carried around in your arms, or having a game of tug-of-war or fetch.

Toilet training is going well and I would expect in the right environment she will master this pretty quickly. She knows "sit" when a treat is on offer and is showing all the signs that she will be a pretty smart girl!

Zucker is most suited to a home with company during the day, either human or with a puppy friendly doggy friend, as she doesn't like being left alone for very long.

A family willing to put in the time to train her to be a well mannered and obedient dog, will receive a lifetime of love and devotion in return. She will need plenty of exercise and stimulation in her new home, so she doesn't become bored and destructive.

Zucker is used to sleeping inside at night and having access to the house at all times, so she can be a complete member of the family.

Zucker barks at the resident cat, so either a brave cat or a cat free family would be best suited. She hasn't been around children, but due to her age is still quite scratchy and bitey so young children would have to be puppy savvy.
