About Sarge
Sarge is an affectionate large boy with plenty of love to give the right home. He is good with people & will happily get pats from everybody. Due to his size we recommend a home with older children that he doesn't accidentally knock over with love.
He has been good around other dogs in foster care but doesn't always realise how big he is so will do better with medium to giant breed companions. He still has to learn to share toys as he has lived most of his life as an only dog so will take some adjusting if he goes to a home with another dog.
Sarge is extremely smart & willing to learn so his new home MUST continue his basic obedience training to make life easy for all. He understands some basics but there is room for improvement especially with his loose leash walking.
He has shown some interest in chasing a ball but has not worked out to bring it back, instead just runs around with the ball in his mouth until something else of interest pops up.
If Sarge sounds like the perfect dog for you please fill out an application form on the All 4 Paws website: https://www.all4pawsdogrescue.com.au/dog-adoption-formexpression-of-interest.html
