About Roo
😸 Little Roo Bear looking for love 😸
“Hello. My name is Roo and I’m such a shy boy, which is hard for my foster mum because all she wants to do all day is watch and cuddle me. She says I’m cute as a button and snuggly as a bear and while I do love to feel safe, I can often get a bit nervous too. Large spaces make me feel a bit on edge, so a smaller safe space to start with is what I need. Nothing gets me out of my shell like a cat wand, so if you have one of those then bring it along when you come to meet me, and we can see just how much fun I can be! In a home of my own I will come to love my people so fast, because I have a huge heart and just want to share that love with the world.”
Roo can be quite timid when faced with new experiences and environments. We expect Roo to feel comfortable with older children who can sit quietly and approach gently while Roo becomes settled in a new home. We expect a smooth transition moving to a home with other household pets with the right introductions, and we are happy to provide support during this time. Roo can feel overwhelmed sometimes, so a quiet home is a must.
