About Marlu
🦘 Hoppity-hop, Marlu doesn’t stop! 🦘
“Peekaboo! The name’s Marlu and if you hadn’t already guessed it – that means Kangaroo. I’m a real bouncy girl you see, climbing and jumping and leaping and hopping are all just part of my daily routine. I have a lot of energy in my young age and with great energy comes great responsibility. I’ve taken pride in my role as the big sister and it’s my job to show my siblings how it’s done. I’ve spent the week in foster care getting comfortable with my new surroundings while I wait for my forever home. I’ve enjoyed meeting kids which was fun, and cats too (who can be a little scary for me!) but I put on my brave kitty boots, and everything went well. I think I might like full, busy families who have a lot of love and play to share. Chasing cat wands and laser lights have been super fun for me this week and helped me to bond with the young foster kids. Are you a ginger fan? Then I’m ya’ girl!”
Marlu is confident and comfortable exploring new surroundings and will suit most family homes with children of all ages. We expect a smooth transition moving to a home with other household pets with the right introductions, and we are happy to provide support during this time.
