Scrappy - Oh just look at that sweet kissable face.
Scrappy sure does have "Puppy Power'! Scrappy just loves being around his humans.
He's such a lovely boy who loves to show you affection by sitting beside you, leaning in and enjoying a good old head scratch or two.
Scrappy is very smart and inquisitive and loves to sit and watch our happy volunteers going about their work and offering his opinion every now and then.
He's a beautiful soul and is looking for a family to spend time with him and teach him everything as he is so willing to learn.
