Adoption information
I've been adopted!
About Frankie - Rose
Hi I'm Rose (or sometimes my foster carers call me 'Get out of there', 'Come back here' or 'Stop trying to lick my face').
I'm a 9 week old female Kelpie x Terrier and am full of energy and sass. I'm super smart and love discovering new things around the house, playing with my toys and any shoes lying on the floor.
I was one of 8 puppies and I have been living with one of my brothers for the past few weeks in foster care. We love to wrestle and play fight and I definitely win most of the time but once we get tired, we curl up together and snuggle.
I am super confident and love meeting new people and other dogs, but like any puppy I can get a bit over excited and I'm trying to learn my manners! I definitely will need help with this, but I will get there.
I would love to find an energetic family who will play and take me on long walks. My foster mum reckons I'm handful, but with love and the right training will be an awesome addition to a family.
Can I be a member of your pack?
My adoption fee includes a super large bag of Hill's Pet Nutrition Puppy dry food and 5 weeks of puppy school at Second Chance Animal Rescue!
**Application Process** When on the Pet Rescue profile push the "enquire about this pet" button. Follow the prompts to "send enquiry now" and in the message section please place information about the home you can provide. Include current/past pets and their breed, children including ages that live with you or visit, and any other information relevant to training/exercise/energy requirements. The information you provide helps us match the dog you've applied for to the most suitable home. We use this information in lieu of an application form. We do not take applications for dogs over the phone. We aim to reply to all applications within 5 business days. All of our dog meet and greets occur at the adoption centre in Craigieburn. The majority of our dogs are in a foster home not at the shelter so you need to apply via the website to meet them. Thank you. www.secondchanceanimalrescue.com.au ...because they all deserve one!
