Hi! I’m Koda. I’m an 12-week-old border collie x kelpie.
Foster mum says I’m a confident, fun loving little boy. Although I love kids, foster mum says I’d be best in a home with active older kids so they can keep me busy.
I’m a social boy, therefore I need either an active home with a doggie sibling, or a home that will ensure I have daily socialisation. I live with 3 resident cats and chickens. I’m interested in getting to know the cats, but know to keep a respectful distance. I am a bit cheeky and like to run along the chicken enclosure.
I love to play with soft squeaky toys and I enjoy a good game of tug ‘o’ war with my siblings, but chasey is my absolute favourite game. When I’m pooped, I'm happy to cuddle up with you.
I sleep outside in my kennel with my brother or inside in my crate. I'm a good boy. Foster mum & dad don’t hear a peep out of me until the morning.
Being a working breed, I need an active home. One that’s committed to my ongoing training & socialisation. If that’s you then what are you waiting for? Foster mum would love to hear from you.
Love & licks,
Koda xx
Medical notes
Koda has Phimosis. The penile opening is too small to protrude his penis. This is a genetic abnormality which is easily corrected with surgery. Surgery can be done prior to adoption.
Any adopter will need to sign a mandatory desexing agreement. This is to occur between 24 & 26 weeks of age.
Adoption details
Doggie Moggie Rescue Adoption Questionnaire.

~Rent or own your home? (Written agreement is required by your
landlord/real estate for rental properties).
~Work commitments/how long would I be left alone?
~Why do you think I would suit your family?
~As a working breed I will need ongoing training and mental stimulation to keep me from being bored. How do you plan to meet those needs?
~Will you let me live inside and be part of the family?
~I will need additional vet work in my life time such as follow up
vaccinations etc, is this a problem?

~I've had a diet since being at the rescue of quality puppy biscuits & raw, can you
guarantee to continue my current diet?
~ I am a good 10-20 years commitment are you 100% ready to
give me a home?
