About Haige
Time has come for us to start the search for a committed total indoor home for Haige.
Haige has some special health needs which anyone taking this fellow on needs to understand and be prepared for ongoing medical costs.
After a lot of medical investigations Haige has been diagnosed with asthma. So Haige has a preventative puffer and ventalin onboard in case he has a full on asthma attack. For many cats this would be too much, but Haige is good with his puffer and spacer as he has the most amazing temperament and personality.
Haige's date of birth is 12 October 2020 and he has been in PARH's care since December 2020.
Haige is chocolate coloured in the sun but a black cat when you generally look at him. He gives the most amazing nose kisses and smooches. Haige is such a sweet cat. Haige is great with other cats and has been around dogs.
Haige loves nothing more than sleeping on the bed with his foster carer and purrs away.
Haige is fully vaccinated, flea and worm treated, desexed and microchipped. His adoption fee is negotiable recognising Haige's new owner will have some ongoing costs around his puffer medication.
Due to his medical condition Haige needs to be a total indoor/contained cat. He does enjoy outside time in a secure enclosure.

Adoption details
We like to take the personal approach where a person sends an email of interest around an animal and then we will follow up with phone discussions and email exploration through a survey.
Please note we are a small group of volunteers that balances the administrative side with the care of the animals.
Please only apply for one of our animals if you are genuinely interested in them.
We expect the prospective owner to travel to meet the animal and we are open to trial periods to ensure we have the match right.
