About Remmi
Remmi came into care when her owner upped her working hours and Remmi was getting very little attention. For the last few months she was kept out in the back yard, with her owner feeding her lots of treats to try and compensate. This has led to her being overweight and bored.
Her parentage is very unusual.......her Mother is a Dalmatian, her Father a Shih-Tzu x Pug!!
She is stunning to look at, and once her barrel shaped torso has trimmed down somewhat......she will be a real head turner.
Now how have I found her since we met?
Firstly she is house trained (always a bonus) and she adores humans. She is always ready for a pat and smooch, and loves nothing more than to be near you.
Remmi’s owner had never taken her for a walk on leash, but she was very easy to teach. Loving all the new smells outside. Obviously her new owner will need to commit to a daily walk, plus some playtime etc.
Since we have known her, she has responded well to any other dog, and has always been great with children, and has grown up with cats.
PLEASE NOTE - although we are based in Moree, Remmi is at our AWL NSW shelter in Kemp’s Creek, Sydney.
Please click on the Enquire about this Pet button and tell us as much as you can about what you can offer Remmi. We need to know your living arrangements and lifestyle. Do you have other pets? Any children? How long would she be alone during the day if at all?
We will call you for a chat if and when we need to know more, once we have read through all the enquiries.
Once we have spoken with you, an appointment will be made for you to meet Remmi.
Medical notes
Vet checked and healthy.
Weighs 18kgs, but is the height of a Shih-Tzu
