Requirements:
• Qualyn will do well in an environment where she will have plenty of understanding, love and time with her new family
• A home committed to ongoing training and socialisation, outdoor space and an nurturing owner committed to building up her lovely temperament
• If any children - experienced and dog savvy aware of the boundaries and training a large dog breed needs
• Preferable to a family that is home most of the time or has another resident dog

Meet gorgeous Qualyn . A country smoocher, Qualyn is new to the easy life of a city dog and is learning about all the new sights, sounds and smells! She has taken the transition to foster life in her stride and has become a much loved member of her new foster family.

Qualyn is learning how to play with dog toys, refining her great walking on lead and now will wait patiently at mealtime. Qualyn will sit on command, recall beautifully and is mastering stay and wait. She is getting used to the humans coming and going in the household and has settled well into her foster home with 11 and 13 year old humans and a male Golden Retriever. Qualyn travels well in the car and loves sticking her head out the window inhaling the new smells of the city.

Qualyn is a strong, agile girl who loves a bit of rough and tumble at times with her current foster brother. She is respectful of personal space and sleeps happily crated each night. Qualyn craves attention and love from her human foster family and reassurance from the resident dog so will be better suited to a home who has a family member home most of the time and/or another dog.

Qualyn is house trained and does not bark unnecessarily. Her obedience and response to commands is admirable. Her Foster brother pooch has been teaching her how to play appropriately and toy sharing is not an issue. Her curious nature sees her following you around the house watching what you are doing and absorbing the sights and sounds of family life. She will sleep beside you wherever you let her and loves a cuddle on the couch.

Qualyn will thrive in a calm but physically active household committed to building on her confidence and positive exposure to new experiences. She needs strong direction from a compassionate owner. She is a gentle sweetheart, just wanting to please you, show love and be loved in return. Qualyn had previously lived with another female dog but as her foster parents have been working from home, she hasn’t been left on her own for long periods just yet.
