About Dozer
Dozer is a funny boy who tries to break the sound barrier with his purr (He's got the loudest purr his foster carer has ever heard!). He loves playing, and can't seem to work out which position he wants to be in when you give him pats. He's a real character and will make a great addition to any family (older children would probably suit him best).
Dozer has been:
- Untried with children under 12
- Untried with dogs
- Untried with cats outside of his family
Dozer is approximately 5 months old and his adoption fee of $150 includes:
- Desexing
- Microchipping
- Vaccination
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- Flea and worming treatments up to date of adoption
- An adoption pack with some of his current wet and dry food, a carrier blanket, a set of toys and other goodies to get him started
Dozer is available to meet ahead of his desexing appointment on the 22nd of June at his foster carer's home in Morphett Vale.
If you'd like to meet Dozer, please contact us to book an appointment.
Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. A minimum deposit can be made to pre-adopt a kitten awaiting their vet work. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
