About Riley
Riley a beautiful cattle X whippet girl around 3 years old is ready to search for her new home. A home that is able to provide patience and continued training and socialisation.
She would love a home with another dog so she can play often and one that can help her build confidence. She has shown to be friendly with the other dogs in her foster home.
She is a little unsure of kids so we would say older kids in the home would be best suited. Over the age of 12 in a home that is more calm natured.
Riley is a bit nervous when first meeting people so her new home must be confident to continue her slow exposures to the world. She is a bit too nervous for a busy city life so quiet suburbia or the country lifestyle would suit her well.
She hasn't been tested with pocket pets or cats but she does show interest in birds so for the safety of all; Riley is best suited to a home with none of these.
She will be searching for a home that allows her inside at night throughout her life. She comes with a bed and a crate for her new home. She is well toilet trained, loves her crate and has good inside manners.
Riley is medium sized and located in the Maitland area of NSW.
She is not suitable to an apartment and won't be available for interstate adoption.

In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
