Tankie

Hey, the name is Tankie and it's the one I was born with.
I'm a lovely friendly 3year old Cattledog x Border Collie with a tonne of love to give. I was rescued from a life of neglect, where I was left alone in an overgrown backyard and not fed for days at a time let alone shown any love.

Since coming into care I have flourished, and been given a taste of what it means to have a family. Friends to play with, humans to cuddle, walks, daily means, praise, and the feeling of being clean.
I'm still a little on the skinny side but with my appetite it won't take long to fix that, I also have some patchy dry skin and coat that the vet says will improve now that I am being looked after.

I have so much love to give, and get on well with humans as well as other dogs. I love going for walks and trips in the car. I also don't jump fences or dig/chew. I can be unsure of new surroundings (and do NOT like going to the vet).-

All animals are health checked, vaccinated, worm/flea treated, microchipped, desexed and registered with Gladstone Council.
They are socialised in the homes of loving foster carers, not in cages or kennels. (See our website to join the team)
