About Chev
Meet Chev our sweet little timid boy.
A English Staffy x born on 8th February, 2018, Chev is looking forward to finding his happy ever after.
Chev can be quite timid of new people at first, but is learning every day that people can be really sweet once you trust them. He will just need time to warm up to you, then he will be all over you for pats and belly rubs!
Chev seems to enjoy the company of other dogs, but he would be best not to live with cats or pocket pets as he thinks they are fun to chase!
Chev loves being out and about for a walk. He can get quite excited while heading out so pulls a lot and while he is learning each day, he would benefit from further lead training.
He shows no signs of food aggression or separation anxiety, or being startled by loud noises, but it would be best if Chev could be allowed inside during thunder storms and fireworks where he knows he is safe.
Chev is such an affectionate guy, who with patience, training and consistency would make a super loyal and perfect companion for the right family. He would love to be in a home where he is included as a member of the family and involved in the day to day activities. Chev will thrive in an environment that guides him with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
Chev's adoption fee is $450 and includes his desexing, lifetime registration, and discounted training thanks to Dog Ed. He is also regularly treated for flea and worms and is up to date with his vaccinations.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please give the facility a call on 43044350 to make an appointment and ask further questions.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once all of your questions have been answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in. Please bring to your appointment photos of your fencing also showing all gates that attach to the house.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
