About Wilson
Wilson is a playful and obedient dog who is very gentle around people. He is great around chickens but might chase wild birds and other wildlife if not supervised. Wilson is used to horses but gets excited when they run.
Wilson has been taken to dog obedience group sessions and did well. He needs moderate exercise and loves stretching his long legs on a run or a play of fetch in the yard. Wilson is a lovely dog to have around and likes to participate in the owners activities and enjoys car rides.
He can be left at home alone for longer periods without being destructive. He doesn't dig under or jumps over fences and is not a barker.
Wilson knows several commands, sleeps on his own bed (not the couch) and will sit and wait for his food.
Wilson enjoys playing with other dogs however, he has displayed jealousy based recource guarding behaviour towards his current doggo "brother". Wilson appears to be fine with female dogs. Slow introductions are a MUST if you have a resident dog.
Wilson is untested with cats and small children so it would be best if Wilson found his forever home without either of these.
Wilson currently lives on a 50 acre hobby farm in Neerim South.
Can you give Wilson the forever home he so truly deserves?
Medical notes
Wilson is a healthy boy, he has been desexed, microchipped and his vaccinations are up to date along with his worming treatment.
