About Taz
This chunky girl was sadly surrendered a few days ago.
Taz is a medium size dog that is a boxer x staffy. She good with kids but may knock them over in her excitement at seeing them. She loves to go for walks but with so much to discover Taz likes to get there fast and will pull on the lead.
Taz has been a outdoor dog but whenever she managed to sneek indoors she didnt have any accidents. Taz would make a great family pet and would love to be involved in what every you are upto. Big, fat and cuddly. Taz has lived with two cats and gets along with them great so she is also cat friendly!
Medical notes
Taz has a grade one heart murmur. Advice from our vet is the new owner to have her re-checked annually. Apart from that she passed her medical.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
