About Sonic DL2682 & Pumba DL2681
Sonic and Pumba are a truly lovely pair. If you are looking to add a bit of love and sweetness into your home, you've clicked on the right profile!
Sonic and Pumba are Norwegian Elkhounds, a medium sized breed of dog of the Spitz-type. You can easily tell them apart as Sonic's ears are both pointy, whilst pretty Pumba has one ear up and one ear down.
Sonic is such a gentleman; he is serious, well mannered, and has a very polite hand shake. He is happy spending time at home with Pumba for company, he will just snooze the day away. He loves being brushed and will sit there for as long as it takes. He enjoys going for walks, even if it's just ten minutes.
Pumba is a cheeky lady! She still has a youthful soul and when she is happy, she will forget her body aches and run everywhere, play with her toys, and give you plenty of cuddles. She is very much an inside dog and and prefers to be snuggled up indoors when you go to work.
They are both toilet trained, not destructive, and are very chilled out. They already know the cues - sit, drop, paw, eat/go, kiss.
They behave very well on the lead and only require short walks at this age. They love to slowly wander along and stop to sniff everything!
They get very excited to go in the car, but they will need help being lifted in so they don’t hurt themselves.
They are good with other dogs and are not suited to cats. They are friendly with kids, but would prefer a more quiet and relaxed home to retire in.
Pumba and Sonic are real sweethearts and they love cuddles. Don't miss out on the cutest duo! Email DFLadoption@gmail.com to apply.
Medical notes
Sonic and Pumba are aged 11 and 12 years old. At 23kg, they are both medium sized dogs. They will require a high quality diet, along with regular grooming to ensure they are kept as healthy and as comfortable as possible.
