About Strawberry
Time has come to start the process of finding Strawberry a home to call her own.
We are hoping to find a home locally so that Strawberry can have a follow up appointment on her leg at Horsham Vet Clinic in a couple of weeks.
Strawberry is a small in stature greyhound x staghound x staffy with a date of birth 23/10/2020. Strawberry is full of life and love. She is very devoted to her people and needs to live the inside/outside lifestyle.
Strawberry broke her left back leg and has a plate and screws inserted to stabilise the break. Strawberry has been kept quiet to aide the recovery but is now out walking and running around. She barely has a limp and you really only notice the leg due to the shaved area.
Strawberry would be best in a home as an only pet where she can get the undivided attention she LOVES. She is a smart girl and easy to train.
Strawberry's adoption fee is $800 (even though her vet costs are sitting around $5,500 so far). She goes to her new home vet checked, vaccinated, flea and worm treated, microchipped and desexed.

Adoption details
We like to take the personal approach where a person sends an email of interest around an animal and then we will follow up with phone discussions and email exploration through a survey.
Please note we are a small group of volunteers that balances the administrative side with the care of the animals.
Please only apply for one of our animals if you are genuinely interested in them.
We expect the prospective owner to travel to meet the animal and we are open to trial periods to ensure we have the match right.
