Alex was rescued along with his brothers from 'the wild' and while he has come a very long way from the frightened little boy he was, he is still learning to trust humans and will need an understanding owner prepared to give him space and time as he will be shy and may hiss in new, scary situations. Alex does not like to be picked up and prefers gentle pats from the safety of his warm igloo, but is showing great potential and once he gets to know his person he may surprise with jumping onto your lap. Alex is still learning not to use his claws during playtime. He loves to explore but will need to be an indoor cat as he may find the call of the outdoors too irresistible. He would definitely benefit from having another cat friendly cat in his new home. Alex finds children terrifying so needs a quiet home with adult persons, no children. He would be happy to share his home with another friendly cat and/or dog.
