About Duke
Good day ladies and gentlemen. Before you stands a fellow of high nobility... it is I, Duke!
As you can see from my sugar-dusted muzzle, I am an older gentleman who has seen much of the world. Now that I am an esteemed senior, I prefer a quiet lifestyle in a calm household where I can do things at my own pace.
As you can see, this doesn't mean I won't greet you each morning with a bounce and a wag! I also enjoy walks and love a good sniff of everything on my way. If you're after company and someone to share a snack with, I'm your guy. (Like all good Labradors, I like my food!)
I have met many children in my time and think they are fascinating to watch but would prefer not to live in a home with children under 12 as they are just a bit too exciting for an old boy, ya know what I mean?
Similarly, I'd like to be your only pet. (And by pet, I mean noble companion, of course.) I prefer humans to other dogs and in my younger days I've been known to chase a cat or two...
My perfect home would allow me in the house as well as access to a safe outdoor area so I can expend my energy when I'm feeling bouncy and also find the best snooze spot where I can survey my dukedom.
Yours, Duke
