About Kody DL2675
Kody is a happy, playful puppy on the search for his forever home!
Kody has a really sweet personality and is extremely food motivated. It is early days yet but he is already doing well with his training. He can sit, wait for his food, and is working on stay and drop. He is crate trained and is making progress on his potty training.
Kody can be a little shy at first, but he'll be smothering you in kisses in no time. He appears to have lived a pretty sheltered existence in his short life, so some things that are normal to us (such as climbing in and out of the car) are still a bit new and scary for Kody.
Kody loves to go for a walk and is doing well with lead training. This will need continued practice, as he can get spooked by new sights and sounds. You'll need to be prepared to get him out into the world; going on adventures, meeting people and learning what the outside world is all about.
Kody is looking for a home with another dog to help build his confidence and enjoy their days frolicking in the grass together. As he is a big puppy and still learning his manners, he can be a bit jumpy/mouthy, and will be best suited to older kids at this stage.
We can't wait to see Kody settling into his new life with you. To meet this cutie, email DFLadoption@gmail.com to apply.
Medical notes
At 20kg with more growing to do, Kody will be a large sized adult dog.
