About Georgie 33536 Campbelltown ACF
Hi there! How's it going? My nickname is Georgie! I came into the facility as a stray and sadly no one came to collect me. I am a delightful, affectionate boy who is sure make you fall in love with my unique, chatty personality. You see, am a talkative boy and am sure to entertain you with my various snorts, snores, grunts and groans.
I have been dog selective while at the facility, this means I have gotten along with some dogs but not all. I am best paired with easy-going, relaxed doggies that have good manners. I have not had the opportunity to meet children just yet, but my carers think that I would be okay meeting kids who are ready to have a dog like me as their furry sibling. If you have another doggie friend or children at home make sure you bring them in to meet me to ensure I'll be the pawfect dog for your family! Come check me out.

For dog adoptions, if a dog is to be housed with another dog after adoption a meet and greet between the two dogs must be conducted to ensure they are a suitable match.
When you have selected a pet, you will need to complete an expression of interest form (https://www.campbelltown.nsw.gov.au/ServicesandFacilities/AnimalCareFacility#AdoptionForm) and submit via email. If you are a suitable fit for the animal chosen, a staff member will contact you to organise a time for a meet and greet. Following a successful meet and greet with the animal, we can finalise the adoption paperwork and payment. Dogs and cats are booked into Council's contracted vet for the animal to be desexed typically the next business day. We will transport your new pet to our vet for desexing in the morning. The new owner is to collect the animal from the vets in the afternoon.
